If you’ve spent any time around synthetic indices, you’ve seen the pitch: “free trading robot, guaranteed profits.” So the question is fair. Is a free V75 robot a scam?

So, Is It a Scam?
A free bot isn’t automatically a scam, and a paid one isn’t automatically legit. What matters is whether you can verify it yourself. Here’s my rule: never trust any EA, mine included, until you’ve tested it on a demo account.
Red flags to watch for with any trading robot:
- Promises of guaranteed or “risk-free” profits
- Screenshots of results with no way to verify them
- Pressure to deposit with a specific broker before you’ve tested anything
- No settings, no explanation, and no way to test first
Volatility 75 is a fast, highly volatile synthetic index. Even a good strategy can have sharp drawdowns, and no bot wins every trade.
How to Test It Safely
- Download the EA and settings from the Telegram link below.
- Open a Deriv demo account and load the bot on the V75 chart.
- Apply the provided settings exactly as shown in the video.
- Let it run for at least 4 days/weeks and record the results, including drawdown, not just the wins.
- Only go live if you’re comfortable with the results, and start with a small lot size you can afford to lose.
